If you have a business based in Whitley Bay, Monkseaton or Cullercoats areas you are automatically eligible to join the Chamber of Trade. We welcome all business types and sizes - even home based workers can sign up!
Who can join the Chamber?
We are open to all business types. Whether you are a single person running the ship or part of a larger firm, as long as you have a base within our boundary map you are welcome to join us.

Membership works out at £4.00 per month, payable annually, which is tax deductible, and you can sign up securely online and become a member within minutes.

As soon as we have accepted your application you are entitled to all of our regular benefits. One of our team will call in to say hello in the coming weeks and you'll receive a Welcome Pack containing lots of useful information about what being a member means, and what you can expect from the Chamber itself.

To handle the processing of members, and to ensure we comply with GDPR, we use Member Mojo to collect your data. Don't worry, your details are safe with us - they won't be bought or sold and are only used for Chamber related communications.

Your membership will automatically renew after 12 months and payment will be attempted using the same method of payment that you signed up with.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Please only sign up as Charity / Non-Profit if this applies to your organisation because we will require proof of this status in order to progress your membership. Your business MUST be based inside of our boundary area, as viewable from the map link further up this page. Online payment is preferred as this speeds up the process however if you wish to pay via BACS for an annual membership please select the Offline Payment option and follow the instructions. When your payment has cleared you will then become a Chamber member and within 48 hours of this you will have full access to your Membership section of this website.
